ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS


A public hearing on an application for Conditional Use made by Ross & Stephanie Householder for property located at 8663 Lancaster New Lexington Road.  Applicant requests Hearing for Conditional Use of a small business for a zoned RR1 district.  The meeting will be held March 11, 2026 at 7:00pm in the Township FIRE DEPARTMENT Meeting Room, 201 Marietta Street, Bremen, OH.

NOTICE TO BID


The Trustees of Rushcreek Township are accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following items:


  • 2002 Red International 7400 single axle dump truck: DT466 engine, 35,000 GVWR, engine rebuilt at 82,787 miles, current mileage 180,001. ​ Minimum bid: $6,000.00. ​
  • 4 in 1 2-yard bucket: Includes teeth and JRB Hook-up. ​ Minimum bid: $2,000.00. ​
  • Kohler Generator Model 15RMY62: 15KW, 120V, 62.5 AMPS, 800RPM, 4-cylinder Wisconsin motor model V64D, with control box. ​

Items can be inspected and operated on Friday, March 13, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.. ​

Sealed bids must be submitted by March 18 at 7:00 P.M. and can be mailed to Rushcreek Township, P.O. ​ Box 88, Bremen, Ohio 43107, or dropped off at 213 Marietta Street, Bremen, Ohio 43107 (Black Mailbox). ​

Bids will be opened during the Regular Township Board Meeting on March 18 at 7:00 P.M.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids. ​

ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT


OF RUSHCREEK TOWNSHIP


The 2024 Annual Financial Report for Rushcreek Township was filed with the Auditor of State on 01/13/2025. The report is available for public viewing by contacting the Township Fiscal Office for an appointment at (740) 569-7181 Ext. 10.

Rushcreek Township Trustees hold regular monthly meeting at 7 P.M. on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month at 213 Marietta Street, Bremen. The public is invited to attend.
